USA numbers don't typically require Regulatory Compliance documents however if you are requesting a number from another country then some of these numbers have varying compliance regulations.

In the Goldline App under the --> Settings menu --> Phone Numbers

Select the green button "+ Add Number"

Once you select the country for the number you require the system may add extra form fields for required information e.g. "Bundle" and/or "Address"

If these fields are required for the phone number that you want then please click the button below to fill in the Regulatory Compliance form and attached copies of the required paperwork so that we can submit it to Twilio (our phone provider) to be processed.

These applications typically take 1 to 3 days to process.
